
高级工程师,2019年入选中国科学院关键技术人才,任地球环境研究所公共技术中心副主任。作为AMS运行组核心成员,共同推进仪器的日常测试、运行与维护。全程主持完成14C专用加速器质谱仪MICADAS设备平台建设,保证设备机能稳定,年机时数与测样数持续保持在较高水平;主持完成多次AMS大修任务,节省经费百余万元,专职负责129I样品的分析测试、数据处理,支撑了大量的科研项目及工作;主持完成青年基金课题项目、院关键技术人才项目、并作为项目骨干参与并承担包括LZ项目子课题等各类子课题多项。2025年作为团队核心骨干获中国科学院科苑名匠团队荣誉称号。获得研究所优秀技术支撑、优秀技术服务奖、优秀科技人员奖等多次;获“获兰州资源环境科学大型仪器区域中心2023年度技术与服务工作先进个人奖励”荣誉1次。依托西安3MV加速器质谱仪等从事新技术、新测试功能研发工作,积极开展加速器质谱微量129I、锕系核素等测试功能开发,为环境变化与演化研究所需的年代学和长寿命放射性核素的环境示踪提供技术支撑。
自2018年末起担任所公共技术中心副主任,共同推动所级中心建设,所级中心获中国科学院条财局择优支持,2022年度在地学资环领域21个所级中心考核评估结果中位列第四,并且在近年科技部组织的大型科研仪器考核评价中成绩优异,截止2025年共获得7次优秀,1次良好。
